We want to say
Thank You to our community
Our MissionThe American Red Cross, a humanitarian organization, led by volunteers, and guided by its Congressional Charter and the Fundamental Principles of the International Red Cross Movement, will provide relief to victims of disaster and help people prevent, prepare for, and respond to emergencies.
Our FacilitiesPlease come and visit the Scranton Chapter so you can see the inside of this absolutely gorgeous mansion plus meet the friendly staff who work here. We invite you to enroll in a First Aid, CPR, or Defibrillator class, help with the annual auction, give a pint of blood at a local blood drive, and learn about our Service to Military. In 1942 Mr. Fenwick L. Peck and his family donated their lovely home to the American Red Cross Scranton Chapter. Prior to 1942, the Scranton Chapter was located at 424 North Washington Avenue. The house is a Colonial Revival Style with 17 rooms and 11 fireplaces. Stained glass windows, marble mantles, and mahogany and oak are prevalent throughout this two and one half story house.
