16 YEAR OLDS CAN DONATE TOO!!!!!

In Pennsylvania, 16-year-olds may donate blood provided they bring a signed parental consent form to the blood drive.  Any donor that needs a Parental consent forms should contact the blood center directly and a form will be mailed to them.
