To become a volunteer:

1. Complete the volunteer application available for download online or at the Chapter House at 545 Jefferson Avenue, Scranton.

2. Schedule an appointment to discuss volunteer opportunities, your interests and availability. By Calling (570) 207 - 0112.

3. Complete a standard, online volunteer background check required of all employees and volunteers. This must be completed in person, at the time of your appointment.

4. Complete the online volunteer orientation.

Once you have completed these 4, easy steps you are eligible to volunteer with the American Red Cross and be a part of an organization helping in your community everyday.
